When you use a form on this site, here's what happens to it:

• AskHR form (Employee Help page) — your name, restaurant location, concern type, email, phone, and message are stored securely in our system and routed by email to our HR team and, when relevant, your restaurant's management.
• Public contact form — your name, email, phone, subject, and message are stored securely and routed by email to our team and, when you select a specific restaurant, that restaurant.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share what you submit with unrelated third parties. Form data is used only to respond to your request.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies this site sets are necessary for it to function, blocking them may prevent parts of the site — like forms — from working correctly.
